The carried out researches revealed features of pyo-inflammatory process in a bladder depending on duration of menopause. In 93 patients with infringement of urination and duration of postmenopause at the age from 1 to 19 in 14 % of patients the chronic cystitis was revealed: in 63.9 % — atrophic cystourethrics, in 22.1 % — chronic latent cystitis. Thus only in 12.7 % of patients the critical or high degree of bacteriuria was revealed. Connection between maturity values of urethral and bladder epithelium and duration of postmenopause is established.
