College students have been found to be the risk group for the development of dermatological pathology (pustule skin diseases and fungal foot pathology) due to the incompliance with the hygienic rules and requirement on sports attire care which is mediated by the poor initial valeology-and-hygienic awareness of college students.
The model of prophylaxis of dermatological pathology due to sports attire using information-based educational technologies in the form of action-seminars organized by the medical university students has been suggested and substantiated.
Teaching the skills of health preserving behavior in the form of actin-seminars by the medical university students is considered to be an effective form of work on the prophylaxis of medical and valeology-and-hygienic risks in young people due to sports attire.
