For diagnostics of comorbidity of chronic pancreatitis and ascaridosis methodology of construction of decision tree is used, which is based on C5.0 algorithm. Data of both clinical symptomatology and immunological research can be used. For each of types of researches (clinical symptoms, cell immunity, humoral immunity) and also for their totality the separate decision trees are built. The error of algorithm is investigated.
