The possibility of heightening of the acute appendicitis effective diagnostics on the basis of combined usage of clinical manifestations, laparoscopic diagnostic data and computer tomogram or/and magnetic imaging resonance images analytical data is considered. The net decreasing of the number of false negative appendicitis resections under conditions of complicated appendicitis starting from 15.8% in case of traditional classification exploration up to 2.4% (P<0,05) was the result of practical usage of combined method of diagnostics and definition of appendicitis type classification.
