The problem of treatment of chronic liver disease is one of the most urgent in modern medicine. Therefore, the purpose of the work was to study the effect of methadoxine on the biochemical parameters of blood serum in acute alcohol intoxication and steatohepatitis of non-alcoholic etiology, on biochemical parameters in ethanol and tetrachloromethane defeat of liver cells in the background of chronic alcohol intoxication. The use of metadoxine in animals with alcohol, non-alcoholic liver damage, liver and tetrachloromethane defeat of the liver on the background of chronic ethanol intoxication led to an improvement in biochemical parameters compared with animals that had pathology.
