In the review of the literature data and of his own researches the author grounds the necessity of the investigations of transcranial influences by physical factors (impulse magnetic stimuli, electro-magnetic fields) upon the brain structures with the aim of working out the noninvasive local activation of neuronal mass, modulation of the sensibility of neuronal populations to neuromediators and pharmacological drugs. The rationality of combined usage of physical factors upon brain tissue activity is substantiated.
