BIOKINETIC PROPERTIES OF NEW GERMANIUM DERIVATIVES

It was studied pharmacokinetics of coordinative compounds of Germanium with nicotinic acid (MIGU-I), nicotinamide (MIGU-2), siccine acid (MIGU-3), oxyetilidendiphosphonate of Germanium with nicotinic acid (MIGU-4), nicotinamide (MIGU-5), magnesium element (MIGU-6) in blood plasma and in rats’ liver after single-use intraperitoneal introduction of BAS germanium was determinated by extraction-photometric method. The results of research have shown that all complexes readily penetrate into blood plasma and liver, MIGU-3, 4 and 6 penetrate faster. BAS elimination occurs basically within 24 hours. Germanium which is in the structure of MIGU-2 eliminates from blood plasma faster than all the rest, and germanium which is in the structure of MIGU-1 eliminates from liver. Germanium eliminates more slowly from blood plasma and liver after introduction of MIGU-4.
