ETHIOLOGY AND PATHOGENESIS OF THE SECONDARY METABOLIC FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY

There was investigated the renal clearance of antipirin as the showing of state of monooxigenase ensymatic systems in pregnants with the physiologic pregnancy and in pregnants with the fetoplacental insufficiency including smoking and chronic pyelonephritis. The increasing of the renal excretion of antipirin as well as changes in the functionale state of renals are observed in all groups of pregnants with fetoplacental insufficiency. That leads us to the the hypothesis of an important role in pathogenesis of preeclampsia, pathogenetic mechanisms of disorder in a female organism’s adaptation during pregnancy that are inducted by antibiotics.
