THE ROLE OF ANTIPIRINE CLEARANCE IN PREGNANTS WITH CHRONICAL PYELONEPHRITIS

According to the inspection results of two groups of pregnants: in conditions of physiological course of pregnancy (n=16) and of pregnants with chronical pyelonephritis (n=12) in third trimester it is established that the speed of antipirine clearance in chronical pyelonephritis increases. It is shown that the antipirine dynamics in the saliva of pregnants with chronical pyelonephritis correlates with kidney function indexes.
