ENDOGENOUS OPIOID PEPTIDES IN HOMEOSTASIS REGULATION UNDER NORMAL AND PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

Literature and own data that show the importance of the endogenous opioid system activity modulation in homeostasis regulation (mainly of the abdomial cavity organs) under normal and pathological conditions are given.

The conclusion was made that directed endogenous opioid system tone increasing has the perspective interest in the experimental pathophysiology with the aim of the homeostasis normalization adequate schemes performing out and increasing of the adaptational forces of organism mobilization.
