THE ROLE OF SUPEROXID DISMUTASE IN PROTECTION FROM DISFUNCTION OF S3-SEGMENTS OF THE NEPHRON AND FIBRINOLITIC ACTIVITY IN RENAL FUNCTIONS DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TUBULO-INTERSTITIAL SYNDROME

In experiments on white male rats on the sublimate nephropathy model in the late period of polyuretic stage (30 days) there was established the positive correlative connection between superoxide dismutase activity in renal medullar substance and proximal reabsorbtion of sodium that is explained by protective action this enzyme on S3-segments of the nephron.

The revealed positive correlative connections between fibrinolitic activity in renal papilla and diures, glomerular filtration, give us an opportunity to make a conclusion that phybrinolitic activity of renal papilla exerts the essential influence over the level of the glomerular filtration and diuresis at the moment of tubulo-interstitial forming syndrome.
