COMPLEX INFLUENCE OF STATIC, BREATHING AND RELAXATION EXERCISES UPON THE SKELETON AND MUSCULAR SYSTEM OF THE CHILDREN AGED 5–6

In this article the influence of static, breathing and relaxation yoga exercises on the skeleton muscular system among pre-school children is analyzed. Considerable increase of muscular endurance showing, improvement of a child’s carriage and other motor qualities are revealed. Correlation of these showings, as well as the influence of yoga exercises on the formation of even neuromuscular tension and the proper carriage habits is found. The importance of breathing and relaxation yoga exercises for rational carriage formation is shown.
