HE EFFECT OF SURGICAL TREATMENT ON THE CORRELATIONS BETWEEN THE PARAMETRS OF A BIOCHEMICAL BLOOD ANALYSIS OF SEVERITY DEGREES ІІІ А AND ІІІ B OF BILE PERITONITIS

The analysis of the biochemical blood of 29 patients suffering from acute flegmonous calkulous cholecystitis complicated by bile peritonitis has shown that surgical treatment of severity degrees ІІІ А, ІІІ B of this disease is characterized by improvement of the parameters of a biochemical blood analysis with the formation of positive correlations between the urinary concentration and the activity of aspartate aminotranspherase, the activities of aspartate aminotranspherase and alanine aminotranspherase for degree ІІІ А and directly proportional correlations between the activity of alkaline phosphatase with alanine aminotranspherase and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase for degree ІІІ B.
