DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF MODEL-INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS OF XENOBIOTICS DISTRIBUTION PROCESSES BETWEEN BLOOD, ORGANS AND TISSUES, AT THEIR SINGLE ADMINISTRATION INTO THE ORGANISM

The model-independent methods of analysis of processes of xenobiotics distribution between blood, organs and tissues are considered. Methods of definition of constants of speed inverse processes of distribution xenobiotics between blood and organism tissues which are used in kinetic schemes of formal pharmacokinetics and constants of diffusion at the phase analysis of pharmacokinetics are discussed. Advantages of the developed combined method of definition of constants distribution on the basis of integrated parameters regressive analysis, that causes an opportunity of quantitative estimation of the process of xenobiotics redistribution in the system blood — organ.
