ANTIOXIDATIVE PROPERTIES OF QUERCETIN PREPARATIONS REALIZES THEIR CEREBROPROTECTIVE ACTION

Influencing of quercetin preparations — “Lipoflavone” (liposome form of quercetin), “Corvitine” (water-solutable form) and “Lipine” — at the processes of lipid peroxidization and protein oxidation modification in the conditions of acute violation of cerebral circulation was studied. It is set that quercetin preparations and lipine at 4-day introduction in the dose of 5 mg/kg (in acount on Quercetine) at stroke shows antioxidative properties: the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation modification and promotion of antioxidative defense enzymes activity. The most expressed neuroprotective effect was rendered by preparation “Lipoflavone”.
