CORRECTION OF PEROXIDATIVE OXIDATION OF LIPIDS AT TOXIC HEPATITIS BY NEW COMPLEX COMPOUNDS OF GERMANIUM WITH BIOLIGANDS

The article gives the information on the influence of new BAS of oxyethylydendiphosphonate germanate (with nicotine acid — MIGU-4, with nicotinamide — MIGU-5 and magnesium — MIGU-6) on peroxidative oxidation of lipids (POL) at galactosamine hepatitis are presented. Researches showed that all compounds possess the expressed antiradical properties, preventing accumulation of peroxydative products. According to strength of the pharmacological action the BAS can be disposed in the following sequence: MIGU-4 > MIGU-5 > MIGU-6. The comparative analysis of antiradical properties of BAS and hepatoprotector heptrale showed that according to expression of the effect and time of recovery of the studied indices POL (dienic conjugates and malonate dialdehyde) MIGU-6 did not differ from preparation of comparison, and MIGU-5 and especially MIGU-4 substantially excelled it.
