At the experimental investigations with rats the author made saliva test of enzymatic mixture in patients with traumatic sialoadenits. The experimental model of traumatic sialoadenitis was elaborated. This disease is frequently met in prosthodontics with removed dentures and in case of corresponding anatomic structure of the excretory ducts of saliva glands.
The obtained data were evidence of advantage of the suggested complex method of traumatic sialoadenitis treatment, caused by removed dentures.
