The method is based on clinical-laboratory technique of laser correlation spectroscopy (LCS) — studies of the oral fluid which has been widely spread in dental investigation.
As a result there were developed clear indications to prosthesis small defects of the dentition by different kinds of the whole piece bridge dentures in patients with generalized paradontitis.
