METABOLISM OF 3-LAUROILOXY-7-BROM-5-(O- CHLOR)PHENYL-1,2-DIHYDRO-3H-1,4-BENZDIAZEPIN-2 IN VITRO

The purpose of this work is studying hydrolysis process of lauryl ether of 3-hydroxyphenazepam in vitro conditions.

It was shown that in vitro conditions 3-hydroxyphenazepam lauryn ether subjects to enzymatic hydrolysis. Different speed of this process in tissues and organs can be explained by difference of hydrolytic enzymes content in them.
