THE ROLE OF MACRO- AND MICROELEMENTS IN DEVELOPMENT OF CONGENITAL MALFORMATIONS

The work gives a detailed analysis of the role of macro- and microelements in development of congenital malformations. The importance of epigenetic factors, disbalance of exchange of magnesium, zinc, calcium, molibden, iron, lead, cadmium in development of congenital malformations is presented. The congenital malformations are the process caused by molecular-genetic and epigenetic mechanisms, provoked by agressive factors of the environment and need timely prognozing and prophylaxis.
