THE USE OF SUCRALPHATE IN THE COMPLEX THERAPY OF THE CHRONIC GASTRODUODENITIS AMONG CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

The goal of study is the assessment of clinical efficiency of the use of sucralphate in the complex therapy of chronic gastroduodenitis among children. Chronic gastroduodenitis has the erosive character in 30% of cases, associates with the POL activation and the manifestations of the oxidative stress as well as with activation of the proteases. The use of the sucralphate in the complex treatment of the children suffering from chronic gastroduodenitis allows to decrease the risk of relapses two-fold and achieve the normal secretory function in 11% of patients thus it’s quite effective for the erosive forms of chronic gastroduodenitis (RRD=0,09; P<0,05). There is expediently to study the clinical effectiveness of the complex treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis with the use of sucralphate and preformed physical factors.
