The article shows the experimental data of antioxidative system state under conditions of polyethers peroral action on the rat organism. Polyethers introduction in the dose of 1/100 LD50 results in initiation and activation of antioxidant defence system. Polyethers introduction in the dose of 1/100 LD50 results in antioxidant system exhaustion.
