COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM OVERACTIVE BLADDER AFTER OPERATIVE INTERVENTION FOR PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE

Study was conducted to determine effect of administration of δ- and µ-opioid receptor agonist Dalargin in 25 patients who had overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms after surgical treatment for pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Administration of Dalargin in this kind of patients results statisticaly significant improvement of quality of life indexes (OAB-Q, SF-36) and increase of functional voiding volume.
