EFFECT OF STANDARD MEDICATION COMPLEX FOR PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM EXERTIONAL ANGINA PECTORIS ON BLOOD LIPID SPECTRUM

The article contains the results of the dynamics of blood lipid spectrum under the influence of the standard medication complex for patients suffering from exertional angina pectoris, which includes nitrates, β-blockers, statins, aspirin. The obtained results showed the positive lipid-correction effect for total cholesterol and β-lipoproteins, moderate reduction of low density and very low density lipoprotein and the lack of effect on triglycerides. A negative influence on the high density lipoproteins level is revealed. The results indicate the need for additional correction for the patients with elevated triglycerides and reduced indices of high density lipoproteins.
