THE INFLUENCE OF L-ARGININ AND PENTOXYPHYLLIN ON MODELLED SUBARAHNOIDAL BLEEDING IN RATS

It was established that combined administration of L-arginin (200.0 mg/kg, i. p.) and pentoxyphyllin (PTPh) (25.0 mg/kg, i. p.) exerted potentiated protective effect upon behavioral disturbances, pain perception deteriorations and lethality as well as upon vasospasm on the model of subarahnoidal bleeding (SAB), which was induced via intracerebral and intracysternal administration of autoblood in rats. Positive therapeutic effect of combinaed usage of drugs was observed during 72 h from the moment of their administration.
