THE INFLUENCE OF CADMIUM СHLORIDE AND SODIUM NITRITE ON STRUCTURAL-METABOLIC PROCESSES IN BONE TISSUE

There was investigated the metabolic indicators of blood, mineral composition and histological structure of white rats’ femoral bones in separate action of NаNO2 and together with CdCl2. At a time there was established the reduction of Ca contents in bones and increasing of its contents in blood plasma. At the same time Mg contents increased in bones and decreased in plasma. The activity of acid phosphatase increased twice as much under NO2– action and 4.5 times as much — in group of animals who were given NаNO2 and CdCl2, while alkalized one — decreased 1.5–2.4 times as much. Contents of osteotrophic microelements Cu and Zn in bones decreased by 21–27% in the group with combined action of xenobiotics. In the same group of animals the contents of toxic element Cd has grown considerably, as well as osteoporosis in the femoral bone osteon stratum was observed.
