This paper presents the findings of violations in the RASB system in 44 patients who had hysterectomy. The studies were conducted in two groups, which differed according to the method of prolonged thromboprophylaxis. It was found that a dosage of 2500 bemiparin once a day within 28 days after discharging patients from the hospital is a more safe and effective method for correcting disturbances in the RASB system than vitamin K antagonists.
