EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTION OF THROMBOHEMORRHAGIC DISORDERS IN WOMEN WITH HYSTERECTOMY IN THE PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD

The article deals with the problem of thrombohemorrhagic complications in gynecological cancer patients with hysterectomy at the stages of surgical treatment. There were examined 88 patients with uterine, cervical and ovarian cancer who had hysterectomy between 2008 and 2010. Using the integrated prevention involves performing prolonged epidural anesthesia and the introduction of bemiparin allows to delete such thrombohemorrhagic complications as pulmonary embolism, massive bleeding, reduce the number of postinjection hematomas and DVT, reduce the hospitalization period by 33.3%.
