ASSESSMENT OF COMPENSATORY POSSIBILITIES OF THE HEMOSTATIC SYSTEM BY MEANS OF A FUNCTIONAL TEST WITH DOUBLE LOCAL HYPOXIA OF THE UPPER EXTREMITY

We studied the system of hemostasis and fibrinolysis in 30 healthy volunteers and 30 patients suffering from thrombophlebitis. Selected for functional test system research regulation of aggreagate state of blood (RASB) test stimulus in the form of a two-time local hypoxia of the upper extremity causes a certain phase shift of the studied system. The proposed functional test causes a short-time condition of prethrombosis, as revealed changes in the RASB system characterize the compensatory reaction of the body to simulated extreme conditions. Obviously, the nature of the reaction system RASB for functional tests in patients with thrombosis risk to a certain extent can be used as an assessment of the thrombosis risk.
