PREVENTION OF THROMBOEMBOLICAL COMPLICATIONS DURING OPERATION OF METALLOOSTEOSYNTHESIS IN PATIENTS WITH FRACTURES OF LONG TUBULAR BONES OF LOWER EXTREMITIES

As a result of the research there was studied the effect on the nature of functional state of the hemostasis’s and fibrinolysis’s components of general and regional anesthesia during operations of metallo-osteosynthesis in patients with fractures of long tubular bones of the lower extremities. It was made a conclusion that the usage of regional anesthesia prevents intra-operative thrombotic complications. Using low-frequency piezoelectric hemoviscosimetry allows intraoperatively to assess the status and nature of trombotic disoders of hemostasis.
