CONTRAST-DISCRIMINATIVE CHARACTERISTICS AS FACTOR OF DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATIVITY OF LAPAROSCOPIC IMAGES

The analysis of the correspondence between results of minilaparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic diagnostics of acute abdominal surgery pathology and contrast-frequency discriminative characteristics of laparoscopic images have been made. Expert evaluation of images, which have been used in cases of false-positive and false-negative diagnoses, have shown that contrast and resolution played great role in the course of minilaparoscopic diagnostics when compared with traditional laparoscopic one (43.75, 38.9 and 41.7, 36.1% correspondently). Resolution of image caused maximal influence on the generation of false-positive mini- and traditional laparoscopic diagnostics of acute cholecystitis (66.7%).
