In 71 children who suffered from neurogenic dysfunction of the urinary bladder and night enuresis were determined the state of vegetative tonus via cardiointervalography. Most of patients (69.0%) demonstrated the heightened level of parasympathetic tonus, while in the control group such tonus was prevalent in 36.0% cases (P<0.05). In children with the average and severe urodymanic disturbances combined usage of M-cholynolytic and dynamic neuroelectrostimulation (DNES) reduced the number of patients with vagal hypertonus three and four times as much correspondently, and that reduction was significantly greater when compared with the usage of traditional treatment — by 12.5% and with DNES — by 28.6% (P<0.05).
