PECULIARITIES OF THE COMORBIDITY STRUCTURE AND COMBINED PHARMACOTHERAPY IN ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE COMBINED WITH PRIMARY HYPERTENSION IN THE ELDERLY AGE

Comorbidity structure (CS) in the elder patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) combined with primary hypertension (PH) and pharmacotherapy features in the above mentioned clinical case are studied in the presented article. The patients of three groups: IHD + PHII; IHD + PHIII; isolated IHD were examined for solution of the problem. The peculiarities of CS in all three groups and the main comorbid associations are revealed. The most effective drug combinations in the case of various comorbidities were determined in all three groups.
