CONDITION OF FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF SALIVARY GLANDS AND PREVALENCE OF STOMATOLOGIC PATHOLOGY AT PUBERTAL CHILDREN

The research objective consisted in studying functional activity of salivary glands, dental health and oral mucosa, as well as oral hygiene in teenagers depending on salivation level (norm, hyposalivation).

Results of researches showed that irrespective of salivation level high spread and intensity of caries and gingivitis were observed. At the same time, teenagers with hyposalivation had much higher prevalence and intensity of stomatologic pathology than those with normal salivation.
