MANAGEMENT IN THE PATIENT WITH TOXIC CARDIOMYOPATHY

Cardiomyopathy (CMP), as a group of cardiovascular diseases that cause the development and progression of heart failure, is the least explored problem of modern cardiology in the literature.

The purpose of the work is to demonstrate a clinical case report with dynamic monitoring of the patient’s condition with toxic CMP of mixed genesis in combination with toxic hepatitis, and progressive renal dysfunction, as well as the dynamics of the patient’s condition on the background of pathogenic therapy.

There is a presentation of the results of observation of the patient with toxic CMP of mixed genesis for the period from 2017 to 2020 with pathogenic justification of the prescribed therapy.
