PREOPERATIVE PREPARATION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CALCULOUS CHOLECYSTITIS ON THE BACKGROUND OF CHRONIC VIRAL HEPATITIS

The proposed article summarizes the materials presented in the scientific literature and gains own experience of conducting preoperative preparation in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis (ACC) on the background of chronic viral hepatitis (CVH) in urgent surgery. In order to activate detoxication function of the liver, restoration of activity of microsomal enzymes of hepatocytes and positive influence on their structure into the complex of therapeutic measures at the preoperative and early postoperative stage, the administration of arginine glutamate was used. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, depending on the treatment performed, 27 patients with ACC in combination with CVH were divided into 2 groups. A comparison group of 13 patients received baseline pre-operative training, while 14 patients in the experimental group received similar treatment as patients in the comparison group and additionally arginine glutamate. The dynamics of some integral indicators of endogenous intoxication prior to surgery and for the first and third day after surgical intervention was analyzed.
