CORRECTION OF HAEMODYNAMIC DATA IN ADVANCED AGE PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HYPERTENSION COMBINED WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE DEPENDING ON LEFT VENTRICLE HYPERTROPHY PRESENCE, OBESITY AND MULTIPLE COMORBIDITY

In the presented investigation possibilities of pharmacological correction of haemodynamic data were evaluated. This evaluation was based on left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH) presence or absence, obesity and comorbidity in elder patients with primary hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. No significant difference between body mass index and presence of LVH were established. Comorbid states, which correlate with growth of obesity stage were discovered. Haemodynamic data were estimated before and after the treatment. And thus it was determined that obesity, LVH, multiple comorbity do not influence treatment efficacy.
