CLINICAL AND BIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF HYPERBARIC OXYGENATION IMPLEMENTATION IN TREATMENT OF HEAD AND NECK CANCER

Comparison of healing of postoperative wounds and frequency of recurrence in patients with local-spreading head and neck tumors, depending on the use of hyperbaric oxygenation has been performed. It was established that the inclusion of hyperbaric oxygenation in the therapeutic complex of treatment of patients reduces the number of postoperative complications, but does not affect the incidence of relapses.
