FEATURES OF CARDIOHAEMODYNAMICS OF PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE AND ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WHEN THE AMLODIPINE INCLUDED IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

We conducted a comprehensive treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF), which included amlodipine with standard therapy, contribute to positive changes in clinical symptoms and ultrasound indicators. In patients with heart failure (HF) 2A terminal diastolic systolic volume of the left ventricle decreased to normal values (p<0.01); with HF 2B we also registered positive changes (p<0.05), but they were not up to the reference values.

The clinical effect in patients with CHF 2A persisted 12 months and 2B — 6 months during the observation in the majority cases ((76,2±6,57)%), which occurred against the background of continued use of amlodipine on an outpatient basis. In the same time, after treatment with the standard complex, the duration of the therapeutic effect did not exceed 2–3 months for CHF 2B.
