The strategy of decision making is in direct connection with effectiveness of the surgical intervention. The algorithms of decision making are possible to realize in the form of corresponded informational models and informational-technical system of the support of surgeons decision making (SSSDM). The results are presented which reveal peculiarities of SSSDM depending upon the strategy of the development of certain type of decisions in laparoscopic surgery. The expert estimation of the effectiveness of developed SSSDM pointed on the maximal effectiveness under conditions of rule-based decision development both emergency and planned surgical interventions. Thus, score for the effectiveness was (2.26±0.33) and (3.36±0.33) points correspondently. The row of the reduction of the effectiveness was the next: analysis-; creative-; and intuitive-based methods of decisions making.
