THE FUNCTIONAL STATUS AND REMODELING OF LEFT VENTRICLE IN CHRONIC HEART FAILURE IN MEN DEPENDING ON THE DEGREE OF EXCESS WEIGHT

The aim is the study of peculiarities of functional state and remodeling of the left ventricle (LV) in CHF in men depending on the degree of excess weight. It is established that in patients with CHF in the study regardless of the body mass with the same frequency revealed moderate systolic dysfunction of the LV and diastolic dysfunction of I type. A third of patients with CHF, overweight and obesity of I degree, defined as violations of systolic and diasolic function of the LV. In patients with CHF, respectively, to the increase in body mass index increases the frequency of pulmonary hypertension. Among the types of LV remodeling in patients with CHF with predominant concentric hypertrophy.
