VALUE OF FACTORS OF NONSPECIFIC IMMUNITY FOR EARLY PERIOD OF EXPERIMENTAL PNEUMONIA

The significant increase of phagocytic index (by 21.5% and by 58.9% correspondently), phagocytic number (by 25.4% and by 49.8% correspondently), NBT-test: before stimulation by 23.5% and by 24.5%, аnd after stimulation — by 30.5% and by 59.8% correspondently in peripheral blood compared with controls on the fourth and eighth days of experimental pneumonia was shown. Gained data are in favor for the stimulation of the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, and the inclusion of mechanisms protection in the course of experimental pneumonia development.
