The literature and original data are given in which attention is stressed on the key role of neuropeptides in the abdominal cavity organs pathology using ulcer as example. The author presents the information about significant neurohumoral changes which are the basis of the ulcer development. Besides, the usage of opioid peptide analogs which at the least could decrease the gastric juice secretion leads to the correcting influence on the pathologic process manifestation. The author concludes about the perspectives of the neuropeptides’ liposomal forms using in conditions of the other pathological conditions connected with the abdominal cavity organs alteration.
