The literature review is dedicated to the data of the last 10 years and the results of the investigation of the organic drugs linked with the nuclear hormones’ proteins’ influence on the reproductive function of mammalians, fishes, birds, and humans. The increased dysruptors’ level is connected with the disorders of sex development, spermatogenesis and steroidogenesis changes.
