In this work there are submitted the opportunities of the sanogenetic examination of the respiratory system in 115 students at the age from 17 to 25 years. As a result of the carried out researches and applied technique of rating of the received results most informative factors are determined allowing to characterize the multicomponent structure of a functional status of the respiratory system of the students in a various age range, to estimate the sanogenetic status of the system of external respiration, and to reveal basic prenosologic change of the respiratory status of the surveyed quota.
