There were analysed methods of treatment and prevention of hemolytic disease in fetus and newborn. Results of investigation on the problem of isoimmune hemolytic anemia are presented. Modern methods of treatment of hemolytic disease of newborn are applied: antenatal immunosuppressive therapy by diprazyn, enterosorption, hyperbaric oxygenation, membrane-tropic therapy, modified scheme of specific prevention. These methods can prevent severe neurological outcomes, perinatal morbidity and mortality.
