The application of the infrared thermography method at the stage of its development was described. The method of dynamic thermometry is a new stage in the evolution of thermography. The authors grounded the application of the method of distance radiation dinamic thermometry in surgical practice for the diagnostics of the acute inflammatory surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity organs, for the control of dynamics of the diseases, reparative processes in a wound.
