ADRENERGETIC IMMUNOLOGIC REACTIVITY OF THE HUMAN ORGANISM TO THE STRESS ACTION

The received results of clinic-immunologic and ophthalmological investigations in 63 patients, have shown the changes of adrenergetic mechanisms of immunal homeostasis during developed stress-induced pathologic process.

It is established, that the dynamic of “active” T-lymphocytes reflects the peculiarities of individual immunologic reaction of the patient’s organism to the stress.

Begining activation of sympatho-adrenal system with the next its activation reducing during development of stress-induced pathologic process is corresponded to identical organism adaptation to the stress action with more conducive course of the eye burn (1st type of dynamic).

The delayed activation with its long activity at the high level was accompanied by acquired immunodeficit (high degree) of the organism autosencibilization to the damaged tissue of the eye and hard complications of the eye burn (2nd type of dynamic).
