THE CHANGES OF THE ORGAN BLOOD CIRCULATION IN SURGICAL PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION DURING THE NEAREST PERIOD AFTER OPERATION

During the nearest period after operation the surgical interventions on lungs cause the changes of miocardial function and organ blood circulation. This changes are particularly manifested in the patients with accompanied arterial hypertension. The most marked disturbances of organ blood circulation the authors observed in the system of the sistemic blood circulation. It became apparent in changes of blood filling of cerebral vasculars and depended on the CHD indices.

At the same time the disturbance of organ blood circulation is accompanied by the increase of hemostatic potential and require the anticoagulative therapy.
