In experiments on 34 albino male rats in the initial period of the polyuric stage of sublimate nephropathy in combination with hyposodium diet it was determined the distress of glomerular-tubular balance characterized by the positive correlation dependence between glomerular filtration rate and relative reabsorption of water. The distress of canalicular-tubular balance was accompanied by the new positive correlative connections between absolute proximal and distal reabsorption sodium ions and relative reabsorption of water.
